Chicken Carbonara Recipes #ketorecipes


Ingredients⁣
  • 2lb chicken breast⁣
  • 2 tbsp olive oil ⁣
  • 5 oz pancetta or bacon cooked and crumbled ⁣
  • 3 tbsp peas⁣
  • Half of a yellow onion chopped⁣
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped⁣
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream⁣
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese⁣
  • 1/2 tbsp butter⁣
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning⁣
  • 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • TJ onion salt & garlic powder⁣
  • Salt and pepper⁣
Direction :
  • Cut chicken breast into 1-2 inch cubes and season with TJ onion salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper. ⁣
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large non stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken until golden on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side) and set aside ⁣
  • Add onions and cook till translucent. Add garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. ⁣
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a light boil (stirring continuously till thickened and reduced)⁣
  • Add in the Parmesan Cheese, peas, cooked chicken pancetta/bacon and combine.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt/pepper to taste. ⁣
